Trevor May dealt with a barrage of injuries in 2016. The biggest one was a stress fracture in his back, so he spent this offseason hitting the reset button.
He focused on doing more pilates and yoga to make sure his body was healthy and ready for a strong 2017 campaign. May has split time as a starter and a reliever throughout his career.
This upcoming season will be his fourth in the big leagues and he plans to begin the regular season as a starter.
On Saturday, May chatted with us about his expectations for 2017.
