As Jimmy Butler heads north to join the Timberwolves, he’s obviously moving on from his life in Chicago. Butler recently put his mansion on the market, Crain’s Chicago reported, and it’s listed at the affordable price of $5 million.
The 10,000-square-foot home features six bedrooms, a 750-bottle wine cellar, an elevator, a three-car attached garage and a large rooftop deck.
But you have to check out his shoe closet, the space alone is bigger than a lot of people’s apartments or condos.

How many shoes are in there?
It has to be in the hundreds. Butler is a big sneaker head. He even wore sneakers to the White House when he visited Barack Obama for the second time. He told complex magazine that he hates wearing dress shoes, even when he has to wear a suit.
According to Crain’s, Butler bought the home in 2015 for $4.3 million. It’s also four doors down from where former Chicago Bears running back Matt Forte resides.
