Timberwolves forward Jaden McDaniels says sitting out of the playoffs has fueled his motivation to get better.
McDaniels missed the Wolves’ two play-in games and the first round series exit against Denver after breaking his hand when punching a wall at Target Center late in the regular season.
“It was just hard to watch,” said McDaniels when asked about watching from the bench. “I’m a competitor, I love to play basketball. Sitting out at anytime is kind of hard. It was a good experience to watch my teammates fight through the playoffs.”
