The Twins announced Monday details for Opening Day festivities at Target Field. Basically, it’s an all day affair beginning at 6 a.m. with breakfast on the plaza followed by DJ Advance performing on the balcony overlooking the plaza and then baseball at 3 p.m. when the Twins take on the Royals.
Rick Stelmaszek, a member of the Twins coaching staff for 32 years, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch and Minneapolis native, Dessa, of Doomtree fame, will sing the National Anthem. Four F-16s will flyover Target Field at the end of the anthem
