Kevin Garnett is saying thank you to fans for welcoming him back to the Timberwolves by giving away free tickets to Monday night’s game.
“The response and support I’ve received from Wolves fans since my return to Minnesota has been nothing short of amazing. It’s been unbelievable,” Garnett said in a news release. “As a gesture of thanks, I would like to treat some fans to Monday night’s game against the Clippers. Love you all, and thanks for the love. Enjoy the game on me.”
Garnett purchased 1,000 tickets to Monday night’s game against Los Angeles. The first 500 fans to claim tickets online at www.timberwolves.com/kg will get a pair of free tickets – the giveaway begins at 9 a.m. Monday.

The lucky fans will be able to pick up their tickets outside the Timberwolves executive offices on the Skyway Level of the Target Center between 4-6 p.m. Monday.
