A memorial fund set up by the University of Minnesota’s athletics department will help cover the funeral expenses. It will also help his Gopher football teammates attend the service. The 22-year-old Florida-native was found unresponsive in his on-campus apartment last Friday. The cause of his death is still under investigation, but authorities say there were no signs of foul play.
