Former Minnesota Twins starting pitcher Brad Radke will give you his house if you give him many millions of dollars.
Busted Coverage reports that Radke’s home in Florida recently hit the open market for a cool $9.95 million. But according to their realtor, the asking price on the mansion has been reduced to $6,822,000. In case you’re interested, the estimated monthly mortgage payment is $26,500.
The website is calling Radke’s home a “palace,” and for good reason.
It’s located on Belleaire Beach near Clearwater, Florida. It has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Radke and his wife Heather have been trying to sell the place for two years.

Michael Rand of the Star Tribune was a bit stunned to see Radke’s home. Rand said a home as magnificent as the former Twins’ ace is usually reserved for athletes who have made hundreds of millions of dollars – like LeBron James and Alex Rodriguez.
This isn’t the first home Radke has put on the market. Twin Cities Business Journal reported in 2011 that Radke sold his lake home in Greenwood, Minnesota for $2.4 million.
According to Baseball Reference, Radke made $62 million during his MLB career.
The right-hander finished his career with a record 148 wins, 139 losses and a 4.22 earned-run average. The best season of his career was in 1997, when he won 20 games and finished third in voting for the American League Cy Young Award. Roger Clemens and Randy Johnson finished 1-2 in the voting that year.
He retired in 2006 at the age of 33.
