A new tradition has kicked off for Vikings fans waiting to get into Sunday’s game against the San Francisco 49ers, WCCO-TV reports.
With little room for traditional tailgating, the city of Minneapolis has blocked off a street area where fans can “railgate,” as 16 food trucks will serve breakfast and lunch up to game time.
The city is experimenting with railgating as a means to enhance the game day experience.
Social Media was ablaze Sunday morning with photos of the festivities.
