After a big game Sunday, Vikings edge rusher Marcus Davenport is back on the injury report with an ankle issue.
The 27-year-old outside linebacker registered one sack, four tackles and a QB hit in Minnesota’s win over Carolina. Davenport was listed as a limited participant in Wednesday’s practice alongside linebacker Brian Asamoah (toe), center Garrett Bradbury (back), safeties Lewis Cine (hamstring) and Josh Metellus (shoulder) and backup quarterback Nick Mullens (back).
Bradbury continues to work back from a back injury he suffered in the first game of the season. Cine and Bradbury missed Sunday’s 21-13 win over the Panthers. Metellus was on the Vikings’ injury report much of last week but eventually made enough progress to play Sunday.
Jordan Hicks, Brian O’Neill and Harrison Smith were all given veteran rest days.

The Chiefs listed several defensive linemen on their injury report including star nose tackle Chris Jones. Jones is listed with a groin injury but was a full participant alongside George Karlaftis, who has a knee issue, which means they should be good to go Sunday in Minneapolis.
The lone Chief who did not participate was defensive tackle Matt Dickerson.
