Marqueis Gray is back in Minnesota for the Sunday game between the Browns and Vikings.
Gray, if you didn’t hear already, made the Browns’ 53-man roster as a backup tight end. The former Gophers quarterback spent training camp with the 49ers before getting cut and eventually signed by the Browns.
He was inactive for Cleveland’s first two games, and in a Q&A with Bob Sansevere of the Pioneer Press, Gray said he has “no idea” if he’ll play on Sunday.
Check out the full Q&A here. Below are a couple of our favorites.
On how players react to Jerry Kill having a seizure during a game: “It will affect quite a few players, but you have to get back into the game. You have to realize coach Kill will be taken care of. You have to try to win the ballgame. When the game is over, then you can focus on coach Kill.”
On if he misses college life: “Oh, yeah. We’re in the real world now. Now I have bills. There’s a lot more stuff to worry about like whether my locker will be full or cleaned out the next day.”
