Timberwolves point guard J.J. Barea says it’s time to ditch Minnesota nice.
After getting manhandled by the L.A. Clippers last night, Barea told Fox Sports North “we can play tougher.”
The Wolves lost 96-90 in a physical game, which featured the ejection of Matt Barnes after he tangled with Greg Stiemsma.
Barnes was bounced after a flagrant foul, but the move seemed to spark a superior Clippers team — who then went on a 37-15 run to take control of the game:
