Cole De Vries’ MRI results came back clean Monday.
The right-handed missed his first scheduled start of the season and was placed on the 15 day disabled list because of a pronator strain to his right forearm.
The MRI results showed nothing more serious than a strain, according to the Pioneer Press. De Vries will remain on a no-throw program until his injury is healed.
With De Vries, an Eden Prairie native, out, left-hander Pedro Hernandez helped the Twins beat the Orioles on Sunday.
