Dalvin Cook is out today for the Vikings as they host the Arizona Cardinals.
Reports earlier Sunday indicated that Cook would play despite not being 100 percent recovered from a hamstring injury that’s bothered him since Week 2. But Cook is official inactive, meaning Latavius Murray will get the start against an Arizona run defense that’s allowing about 142 rushing yards per game.
Meanwhile, Schefter reports that George Iloka will start at safety in place of an injured Andrew Sendejo. It’ll be Iloka’s first start since signing late in the preseason, and his first significant playing time this season.

Minnesota’s defense, fresh off a solid performance in last week’s road win over the Eagles, will face rookie quarterback Josh Rosen in his second career start.
The last rookie QB the Vikings faced was Josh Allen, who led the Bills to a monumental upset of the Vikings at U.S. Bank Stadium in Week 3.
The other injury of note for the Vikings is left tackle Riley Reiff, who is out. Rashod Hill is expected to start in place at left tackle.
