The hits keep on coming to the Minnesota Vikings. Just moments after it was reported that Adrian Peterson needs surgery on his right knee, Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer announced that left tackle Matt Kalil has been placed on injured reserve.
“We assume it will be, yes,” Zimmer said when asked if Kalil will miss the rest of the season.
According to Yahoo’s Charles Robinson, Kalil’s history with hip injuries are hurting him again.
