Bud Grant is in the Hall of Fame for football, but you could have a part of Bud Grant in your hallway if you take advantage of his upcoming garage sale.
The beloved former Minnesota Vikings head coach announced on Twitter – yes, one of the toughest men in Minnesota sports history has a Twitter account – that his popular garage sale will be held Wednesday through Friday, May 20-22.

The Pioneer Press notes that Grant debuted his garage sale last year and sold a bunch of outdoors equipment and Vikings memorabilia. The only details the coach has released about this year’s items are some Les Kouba paintings.

Grant’s Twitter handle is @HPBudGrant. The “HP” represents his real name, Harold Peter Grant.
It took 40+ years of planning but @HPBudGrant has decided on the perfect Twitter handle.

2013 Super Bowl-winning Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll welcomed Grant to Twitter. Carroll’s first season as Vikings defensive backs coach in 1985 was Grant’s final season coaching the Vikings.
What a great accomplishment for @HPBudGrant to make it to twitter! Maybe not as significant as capturing Khyber Pass, but good to have you!

Grant’s response to Carroll: “Just trying to #winforever“
Grant took the Vikings to four Super Bowls in the 1970s and was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1994.
