Former Twins second baseman Brian Dozier left Monday’s game with the Dodgers because of dizziness, and a heart test conducted afterwards revealed abnormalities.
Here’s what the Dodgers’ website says:
“Dozier left Monday’s game against the Giants in the late innings because of dizziness and manager Dave Roberts said an EKG test to detect cardiac rhythms revealed “abnormalities.” Dozier will undergo more testing.”
“That’s the extent of it right now,” manager Dave Roberts said Monday night.
Dozier is hitting .282 with three homers and 11 RBI in 12 games with the Dodgers.
He was traded to L.A. by the Twins just hours before the July 31 non-waiver trade deadline, with the Twins getting three prospects in return.
