Michael Beasley is like a cat, he must have nine NBA lives.
All the guy does is get into off-the-court trouble and always lands on his feet with another team.
He did it in Miami, Minnesota and most recently Phoenix. Now he’s back in Miami.
ESPN reports that Beasley was signed by the Heat Wednesday. It’s a move that Miami president Pat Riley says “can help us.”
Miami selected Beasley out of Kansas State with the No. 2 pick in the 2008 NBA Draft. He was traded to the Timberwolves in 2010.
The Suns bought out Beasley’s contract after the troubled forward was charged with felony marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia.
