The owner of the badly aging Minneapolis Armory wants to transform the rusting, dusty space — now used as a parking lot — into a versatile venue for amateur athletics, galas and concerts. Doug Hoskin says newly available state historic tax credits could make it possible, and he adds that the time is perfect now that a new Vikings stadium will soon rise nearby.
