Both Jared Allen and Adrian Peterson returned to practice Friday.
Peterson was withheld from practice to rest from running 210 yards and a touchdown in last weekend’s 23-14 loss at Green Bay. Allen took a break from practice because of back spasms.
Both are listed as “probable” for Sunday against the Bears. Also listed as probable are: tight end Kyle Rudolph (shoulder), linebacker Jasper Brinkley (shoulder), center John Sullivan (ribs/knee), right tackle Phil Loadholt (knee), punter Chris Kluwe (knee), nose tackle Letroy Guion (shin) and Antoine Winfield (knee).
In Chicago, the Bears have ruled out cornerback Tim Jennings for Sunday after he injured his shoulder last week against Seattle. Jennings leads the league with eight interceptions. He joins Brian Urlacher and Earl Bennett who are also sidelined with injuries.
