Vikings.com’s Mike Wobschall attended every practice during Organized Team Activities over the last three weeks.
Wobschall has a list of eight players that stood out going into mandatory minicamp next week.
Here’s a look at some of the players Wobschall really liked.
Cordarrelle Patterson – WR
“Everyone expects him to contribute right away as a returner, but Patterson is out to prove he can be a productive receiver for the Vikings offense right away as well.”
Jarius Wright – WR
“Figures to be a prominent fixture in the Vikings passing game this season.”
John Carlson – TE
“He was consistent throughout the 10 OTAs and had perhaps his best day on Thursday, hauling in the catch of the day with a 1-handed grab in the back of the end zone.”
Kyle Rudolph – TE
“Rudolph was hauling in passes left and right during the 10 offseason practices…”
Christian Ponder – QB
“Ponder has command of the offense, has looked sharp most of the time and has responded well to adversity in the other times.”
