Michele Kelm-Helgen, deputy chief of staff for Gov. Mark Dayton; John Griffith, vice president of property development for Target Corporation; former NFL player and lobbyist Duane Benson; Barbara Butts-Williams from Capella University and Bill McCarthy from Minneapolis Central Labor.
KSTP has been closely monitoring the authority’s membership.
